A combination of the unruly and the refined, Cupid’s Heart uses cello, electric guitar, drums, and low female vocals for a grungy take on alt-rock that fits them like a baggy sweater. Sonically described by Scott Roos of North Sask Music Zine as “Chrissie Hynde Pretenders vibes with a pinch of Nirvana”, Cupid’s Heart expresses some of the complexities that go along with love and life, and does so from a queer perspective.

Little Darkness is a 4-piece alt-rock band formed in Saskatoon, SK in 2022. Their sound has been likened to Hole, Garbage, and the Yeah Yeah Yeahs. Their driving groove, and well-crafted original tunes are loved by an enthusiastic and growing fanbase.
