Out Of Frequency was destined to evolve. In July of 2023, Fabian Villeneuve (lead singer/guitarist) hired previous known performers and friends from Saskatchewan – a progressive metal-core band “In Ruin”: Patrick Rocheleau (percussion) and Austin Striemer (bass/backing vocalist).
