Saskatchewan’s own Bilingual Indie-Psych-Pop outfit PONTEIX, will be releasing their Debut record: BASTION at Amigos on April 20th 2019. The evening will be overflowing with dreamy colours to feast the eyes on, as well as the polished singular sound Ponteix has continuously worked on over the past two years. Receiving critical acclaim at both eastern and western Canadian Music awards for their 2016 EP, J’ORAGE, their anxious rhythms, tidal wave endings, and Mario Lepage’s intoxicating vocal timbres will surely be a unique experience you won’t want to miss. They will be joined by some of the most vibrant artists the prairies have to offer.

Originaire des grandes plaines de la Saskatchewan, le groupe psyché-pop indietronique PONTEIX, présentera, ce 20 avril 2019 le spectacle-lancement de BASTION, premier album du groupe. La voix étrangement enivrante de Mario Lepage éclate en échos sur des rythmes saccadés pendant que les vagues de délais en stéréo dansent sur les fréquences explosives de l’océan sonore produit par Ponteix. Acclamé sur les scènes canadiennes tant francophones que anglophones, Ponteix fera assurément de cette soirée un événement à ne pas manquer. Ils planchent sur cet album depuis plus de 2 ans maintenant.

Stephanie Kuse is a multimedia visual artist and graphic designer from Saskatoon, SK. Utilizing natural textures and neon colours, she suggests the ambiance of sun soaked days turned to existential nights in the form of digital dreamscapes.
