Shades of Psych II returns for its sophomore celebration of the natural union between two of the finest art forms, audio + visual. Featuring a mix-up of eclectic Saskatoon + Regina acts, and the ghostly live visual productions by Stephanie Kuse, who will be performing all night!

The Basement Paintings (Saskatoon)
Sludged out, reverb soaked meditation vibes and unearthing of tribal artifacts smothered in dense layers of tar. Drums and bass pound the low end of the frequency range, while the slithering reverberations of the string section widen the spectrum to exhaustive levels of grandiosity.

Man Meat (Saskatoon)
Forged in the frigid winter landscape of Saskatchewan, Man Meat have established themselves as a badass, answer-to-no-one noise punk band in Saskatoon’s music scene, producing an original and unique sound fraught with anxious riffs and desperate melodies.

Tyle (Regina)
Tyle the band has but one member, guitarist Kyle Chyzyk. Live performances are a cross between Final Fantasy (Owen Pallett) and Explosions in the Sky – layers of emotive guitarwork, drenched in reverb, delay and distortion, all executed live via mad scientist loop-pedaling.
