Spoken word poets from all over town will be competing for the chance to head to Vancouver for the Canadian Individual Poetry Slam! One awesome poet will have their travel paid for and will learn and share their words at the Verses Festival of Words in April/May!
Our slam master will be in touch with those who are eligible to compete in this unique bout. Each poet will have to prepare a 4 minute poem, 3 minute poem, 2 minute poem and a one minute poem for this competition!
